This marmalade is the other great specialty of Confituras Tradicionales — a truly unique product with more than a century of history behind it.

The recipe was developed in the early 1900s by a master artisan based in Carpentras, in the heart of Provence.

It took two full years to achieve the perfect balance between orange and lemon, masterfully united by cane sugar.

A marmalade born from a symbiosis of fruits, crafted over the course of an entire week.

At Confituras Tradicionales, we follow the exact same process that was used a hundred years ago — with reverence and precision.

This product and its method of preparation are exclusive to our House, closely guarded and truly one of a kind.

This marmalade was awarded a Silver Medal at the 2024 World Marmalade Awards in England.
