Each fruit is allowed to react naturally with cane sugar, bringing its own character to every single variety we create.
Total manual work is the hallmark of Confituras Tradicionales.
Only the finest, ripest fruits are personally selected by our Maîtres Confituriers, then pitted, peeled, and stemmed by hand.
One by one, each fruit is gently prepared for its meeting with cane sugar.
Whenever possible, we preserve the integrity of the fruit, letting generous pieces become the undisputed stars of every jar.
Each jar is filled patiently and precisely — by hand, one at a time — with nothing but a ladle, a funnel, and care.
