This jam is one of the signature specialties of Confituras Tradicionales.
Made with an exclusive and ancient variety of apricot that grows at the foot of Mont Ventoux, in the Provençal Alps, it results in a delicate yet distinctive jam of exceptional flavour.
The Rosé de Provence is a rare and low-yielding apricot, but its flavour is truly special.
Its flesh is sweet and firm — a prized fruit in the world of fine, luxury jam-making.
Very few artisans in the world work with this fruit.
At Confituras Tradicionales, we are one of the rare workshops where this jam is still prepared the old-fashioned way — a treasure almost forgotten by the modern world.

Ever since the Roman gourmand Apicius whispered to us the secrets of preserving quince, the rest of the recipes have followed.

A classic Mediterranean fruit, whose trees have cheerfully dotted the landscape for millennia — offering us their shade and their flavour across the ages.
